Meet some of our translators!

Ana graduated in Applied Interlinguistic Communication from the Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators in Trieste in 2014. She specializes in Italian, English, and German translations and is a certified court interpreter for Italian and English.

In 2015, she began collaborating with fellow translators, driven by her passion for languages and translation. She specializes in legal and banking translations, contract translation, and tourism-related texts. Since 2021, she has focused on multimedia translations and book translations into Croatian. In 2024, she became a member of the Croatian Association of Audiovisual Translators.

Tamara Zeba earned her master’s degree in Political and International Studies from the University of Trieste cum laude in 2009. She has been a court interpreter for English and Italian since 2011. She specialized in EU law at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka in 2015 on the topic “Legal Translation in the Spirit of European Multilingualism.” In 2017, she completed an internship for translators at the Directorate-General for Written Translation of the EU Parliament in Luxembourg. She is an active athlete in endurance sports and a licensed tourist guide in active and adventure tourism in Croatian, English, and Italian.

Nikolina Palašić graduated in Croatian and German language from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Rijeka and received her PhD from the University of Vienna. She has been involved in translations and proofreading since 2000, working with publishing houses (Matica hrvatska, Disput, Dušević–Kršovnik, Harfa), various institutions (Museum of the City of Rijeka, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka), and private individuals. Her translation and proofreading work ranges from documents to fiction and scientific literature. Besides written translations, she has experience in consecutive interpreting (for instance, translating from German to Croatian and vice versa during Otto von Habsburg’s visit to Opatija in 2007, and translating at various events featuring German authors).
